Dr. Will
Dr. Will is a TV psychiatrist specializing in strenghening relationships. He seems to be known both to the Earth populace and to the interstellar community. In "Mini-Maximus", Betty's mom hired him to help Betty and Purrsy get along better. He had limited success. Later, he also attempted to work on improving relations between Maximus I.Q. and Minimus P.U. Further episodes would suggest that he failed in this attempt completely.
