Mrs. Parker is Mr. Parker's wife and Noah's mother. She was mentioned by Noah in Captain Sparky and her arm could be seen when she was knitting the dress. She was also mentioned by Noah in Strange Case of Minimus-Hyde, but does not appear in the show again until its revival.
